Good morning Sharon,You will need to reactivate JAWS by following the instructions in the activation window.
When hardware changes on your computer JAWS recognizes it as a different computer and requires reactivation. This doesn't cost any money, it just takes a few moments to perform over the Internet.

Now, when I boot up, Jaws prompts me with "activation". How do I get that to stop?
Thanks! Come inside where...Is it hot or cool? http://www.MyPowerMall.com/biz/home/52721Sharon
