Yes, if you have a bug like the last one you sent me, you can send that to suggestions@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx There will be no response due to the volume of email they get, but it does get reviewed by Eric Damery and the rest of the product management team. Ishould have an answer soon for you on this particular issue.

To: Bryan Carver Subject: Re: jaws getting stuck with outlook express lets see if I am understanding you. If it is a known bug like the same link not working, then I should have sent my request to suggestions right? I just think Tracy is not doing what he is suppose to do. and I am not alone. But I will try what you said and see if it works. my web site www.11954.com/gomes phone 720-747-4990 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bryan Carver" <Bcarver@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Steve Gomes" <finnygomes@xxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 06, 2007 1:25 PM Subject: RE: jaws getting stuck with outlook express Hello Steve, Thanks for your e-mail. When you send in an email request to tech support, we will trouble shoot and try to give you a possible solution or work around for your issue. This is what Tracey is supposed to do. If the offered solutions do not fix your issue, then you should ask the tech support person to escalate the issue. Once it gets to a second level tech, they will investigate further, and might even ask you to try additional things to fix the problem. If they are not able to get it fixed for you, then they will escalate the issue up the chain to our test and development team, who will then test and see about either fixing it, or putting it in line for a fix in a future update. I hope this helps you to better know how to get your issues in front of the right people for resolution. If what you are trying to do is report a bug, then you need to send your email to suggestions@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Or possibly join the beta team if you are not already on it. If you would like more info on the beta team, let me know and I will see about getting you the information. Having said that, for this issue, I will check with our test department to see if this is a known issue, and if it is in the queue for the next JAWS update. I will get back to you either way. It is a known problem experienced by a lot of people who use jaws. It is not a matter of changing the delay. All I want is the same thing I wanted you to do with the problem with same link not working. To realize it is a problem and look into it. and outlook express. It started with jaws 7. when you reply to a message
and
then delete it, jaws speaks the name of the message you just deleted when in fact the next message is really on the screen. I did write to you
about
this once and Tracy told me to change some settings and that is not the problem. Other people are experiencing this problem also. my web site www.11954.com/gomes phone 720-747-4990
