I wouldn't expect them to respond too soon to an email like this. You see
Freedom Scientific automatically forwards all of its customer email to a
little old man working out of an igloo in the North Pole. Only the positive
feedback is sent back to the U.S. The rest of the email is permanently filed
away in a folder which will never be opened save to file more email away
such as this one.
