Yadiel, I agree. To back this up hear is an email I finally got back from them. 
So you see they do respond. Patients is a virtue as they say.

Actually Tim, you are wrong. Let me explain. I have been complaining for almost 
a month now to FS to fix a bug in jaws 12. I followed the normal procedure and 
now people from FS told me that the problem will be addressed on a future 
update (next one they promised). So you see, keep at it and stop bitching on 
the list. Bitch to FS.

I wouldn't expect them to respond too soon to an email like this. You see 
Freedom Scientific automatically forwards all of its customer email to a little 
old man working out of an igloo in the North Pole. Only the positive feedback 
is sent back to the U.S. The rest of the email is permanently filed away in a 
folder which will never be opened save to file more email away such as this one.
