Cathy,

While in the cell with the formula you want to copy, just press ctrl-c for
copy;move the cursor to the cell you want to copy the formula to and press
ctrl-v. That's that simple. This way you can copy and paste any of the
contents of a cell, be it a formula or just regular data.

  Subject: Excel and Jaws

  Hi,

I have another question about Excel and Jaws. When a sighted person is
working in Excel and we have one cell highlighted with a formula in it, we can
go to the bottom right corner, where our cursor changes into a plus sign,
letting us click and drag to copy that formula into other cells easily.

How do we do that with Jaws, or can we? When the cursor is moved, there is
no way to know when it turns into the plus sign for dragging.

Thanks for the help on this,

  Cathy
