Hi,
Yes I have been dealing with this for a long long time. You will have to
enable themicrosoft viewer.
The problem is with paige32.dll which is a poorly coded eudora file. JFW
and this file don't seem to get along too well. I am running win2k all
updates applied with the latest version of jfw.

I usually open the first new message, then just hit delete to move to and
read the next message. Seemingly at random, Eudora crashes after a few
seconds of hard disk activity, with the message that it "encountered a
problem and needs to close."
I'd send this to the Eudora team if I could find a way to copy/paste the
error report details somewhere, but all I can do is close the window and
Eudora.
