Hi, Yes I have been dealing with this for a long long time. You will have to enable themicrosoft viewer. The problem is with paige32.dll which is a poorly coded eudora file. JFW and this file don't seem to get along too well. I am running win2k all updates applied with the latest version of jfw. At 05:13 AM 6/13/2004, you wrote: Does anybody else find that Eudora crashes while reading the mail? I'm using the latest JFW, Win XP, and the latest Eudora in paid mode. I usually open the first new message, then just hit delete to move to and read the next message. Seemingly at random, Eudora crashes after a few seconds of hard disk activity, with the message that it "encountered a problem and needs to close." I'd send this to the Eudora team if I could find a way to copy/paste the error report details somewhere, but all I can do is close the window and Eudora. thanks, Chris -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
