Triple Talk Bugs

Does anyone else use a Triple Talk USB and have some trouble with it? When I
reported the following problems to FS, they basically said yes, that's a bug,
live with it.
1. The spell decrement doesn't work properly. You can get some slow-down with a
spell decrement of -100, but not enough. This was not an issue in 4.51.
2. If JFW starts and you forgot to turn on the Triple Talk, you used to be
bumped to Eloquence. Now JAWS crashes without any kind of speech.
Is there any kind of appeal process when FS basically says you're on your own?
