I've had this happen a lot since Eudora version 4.x. Recently, I hit on
the idea (I'm a little slow) of shutting down and restarting JAWS when this
happens. It used to happen repeatedly, now, I seem to be able to restore
normal behavior after the first crash by reloading JAWS.
