Re: Error when trying to update

It means he first attempted to use the "check for updates" feature of
JAWS to update to the latest release version. Then he tried manually
uninstalling JAWS and reinstalling the downloaded update overtop of it.
In each case, he got the cryptic error message he quoted in his report.
