HI Dave;
Actually, it is control + H. I just checked both keystrokes and control + H
won. I know it says the letter " G " in current view sub menu but, control
+ G won't collapse messages. Take care.

The keystroke that checked group messages by conversation was control H.
The
problem is that this is not a toggle. To undo it, follow the instructions
that Mike gave you below and you should be back to normal.

What you have somehow done is turn group messages by conversation on. To
turn this off, do the following;
1. While in any folder without any messages open, press Alt + V for the
view
menu.
2. Press enter on " Current view ."
3. Arrow up to " group messages by conversation", if this box is checked,
press enter to uncheck it. Pressing enter will uncheck the box and take
you
out of the menus.
