mcaffee slows your computer down too much.
go to
www.microsoft.com
and search for "microsoft security essentials". it is free and accessible and
works quietly in the background.

Be aware that aAVG will slow down your computer while scanning the same as
macaffee. Nod32 works very well in the background without slowing down your PC
and it is accessible.

Cool! I'll definitely look into it. I've heard AVG's very good. Do you
know how much the combo would cost roughly?

Well, I use AVG. If you get the antivirus only, you can get it free.
Now you must use 9.0, as it is the updated version. You can also get internet
security which is antivirus and firewall combo.

Hi there. Does anyone know of any accessible, really good anti-virus
programs, free or otherwise? Thanks.
