when you open quarranteen list, what you see listed are the archives in 
which the items are contained.  The number of archives will not match the 
number of items found.

I did that, but it doesn't show all the items, and I can't delete them. It
only shows two, and there were sixteen.

You need to use the jaws curser, near the bottom it will say how many items
are in the quarantine list and right next to it will be "open quarantine
list"
