Hi Vickie.
here is how I do it. I go to windows explorer, then hit P for program files,
and l for lavasoft, and open the lavasoft file, and you will then hit Q for
quarantine, and it will say not selected, and that is your file you want to
get rid of, so hit delete and it is in the recycle bin.
