p.s. good pointer about the app configuration to make them stay longer.
thanks for that. I'll check into this too.  but let's say I could make it
sit there for longer, still wonder whether I would need any extra utilities
to do this, and just how I might even begin to investigate, whether a given
window, was the one responsible for the ToolTip type Popups.
