I think the problem is the Excel 2010 version you have.
Try to see the path and name of the Excel executable.

dear friends,
i tried using jaws 12.1170 with excel 2010, but is not working properly.
When I press the left and the right arrow keys jaws does nothing, but
when I press the up and the down arrow keys it moves and up down one
cel respectively.
Please help me to solve this problem.
