Hi,

Just to add to the comments I used my last SMA to upgrade to version 10
and I've had no contact from sight and sound all Freedom scientific or
anybody else for that matter regarding a new SMA, come to think of it I
don't think I've ever had a reminder about my SMA even though I've had
one for over 10 years.

Thankfully this is work related and so is funded by access to work or I
think I'd still be stuck on version 7 or something

        Hi

I bought version 10.00 and after purchasing, I was informed
about SMA agreement.

                Hi,

Also, if I remember correctly, anyone who used up the
last upgrade token in their SMA for Jaws 10 should have been promted by
Sight and Sound to renew their agreements before this release came out.
Can anyone else confirm this?

I have one upgrade left, so I would expect to hear from
them before Jaws 12 comes along?

                Cheers, Robin

That depends on whether you have a software maintenance
agreement. If you have and it still has an update, you will be able to
download and install the latest version free of charge. Of course
nothing is really free as you will already in effect have paid for it!

Does this mean that I can upgrade from JAWS 10 to 11 for
free? I'm being told 11 will have extra support for some music tech'
applications. Hoping I won't have to buy JAWS again, in order to
benefit from these.

                go to www.fsactivate.com

then enter your serial number for jaws when prompted.
