I also use the full site wit no problems, sure it's not perfect, but if you know your secreenreader well enough and know your navigation keys, you shouldn't have too many problems. Although recently IE8 seems to be crashing causing the tab to be closed and then recovered while on facebook, but I doubt that this has anything to do with jaws.
