Thanks for replying
I've tried that, and when it comes to install Jaws again after SP2 is
installed then the Jaws installation doesn't even start you hear the disk
start up and then spin down
thanks for the information I will be getting the Latest Jaws soon through
charity funding as I'm in education
The other thing is, I'm using Maccaffee internet sercurity and when SP2 is
installed, Maccaffee just goes funny and keeps asking if the same programs
can come in when I've said allow and ticked remember this answer I'm using
Maccaffee 6.0 internet sweet 2004
Can you George or someone on this list give me an idea on why this is
happeneing

The update process appears to have installed new video
drivers. Re-installing JAWS may well cure the problem, but
with XP SP2 and such an old version of JAWS, I'm not placing
any bets.
