Hi Johnathan;

I would try re-installing the video intercept.  If you have a look in the
tools group that is contained within the JAWS 4.xx group of the start menu,
there should be a tool called the video intercept manager.  One of the
options within this will be to install the video intercept.  You can do all
this using Narrater.

I'll have to echo George's sentiments.  JAWS 5.00 features on a list of
software products that have problems with XP SP 2, so the situation may be
worse for earlier versions.  The best thing to do, is try and see, as I
don't know what features of JAWS cause problems with SP 2, and so don't know
which version they were introduced in.
