Hi Wendy,
I don't have Microsoft Outlook on this machine but, if it is similar to
Outlook Express as far as rules is concerned, make sure that you have
checked move to specified folder and not copy to specified folder.
Copying will just copy the message to the folder from the inbox leaving the
original in the inbox.

Hi Everyone,
I couldn't get my message rules working in Outlook express, every time I
tried selecting the boxes just would not chek at all. Anyway, I did manage
to do them in Microsoft Outlook but wonder now why all my group messages
seem to be coming in twice.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
