Hi Phil,  I've sorted it now, I think I'd somehow put the rules in twice =
and
that is why I was getting the messages twice so now have deleted one and =
its
all sorted, I found doing the message rules set-up wizard in Microsoft
Outlook so much easier than in Outlook express, I just couldn=92t get =
the
boxes I wanted checked in the Outlook express message rulesI don't know =
why.

Thanks for your help anyway, all my rules are working and emails =
directed to
all the right folder, its brilliant.

Hi Wendy,

I don't have Microsoft Outlook on this machine but, if it is similar to=20
Outlook Express as far as rules is concerned, make sure that you have=20
checked move to specified folder and not copy to specified folder.

Copying will just copy the message to the folder from the inbox leaving =
the=20
original in the inbox.
