  If your using msword and you are using word spell, when ms worrd finds a 
mispellt word, either use alt c and change the first correct spelling 
  or hit tab once and cursor up and down until you find the correct spelling 
then hit either alt c or enter. this should replace the incorrect spelling.

    Hi all

     

    Would somebody tell me the keystrokes for

     

      1.. When using the spell check, I should be able to press enter on the 
correct spelling, but when pressing enter the misspelling doesn't change?  Is 
something turned off? 
      2.. Also, would somebody please tell me how to correct the time and date, 
now our clocks has changed for the winter?
     

    I would be very grateful for any replies?
