Hi Steve,
Given that there have been at least two responses on JAWS-UK
confirming your findings, I have taken the liberty of
escalating your report.
It may simply be that you were "the first".

I've installed the 7.10.452 release and am using it with
Outlook 2003 on two PCs. On both machines, the Insert + A
keystroke no longer creates a dialogue with the attachment
names, instead it moves the PC cursor to the start of the
attachment read-only edit. I've mentioned it to the main UK
supplier and they say no-one else has reported it.
Is anyone else getting this?
