[j-say list] My Words Utility

Am I correct in assuming that the My Words Utility is to reproduce phrases as 
they are capitalized? I notice, for example, that when I pronounce the phrase 
jaws for Windows, only the Windows is capitalized even though I have the 
phrase, except the word for, capitalized.
