Dear Sue,

It works like a charm! Thanks so much.

Regards,

Outlook problem

Hema,

It took me a little while to get used to the find facility in Outlook 2007
as well. I'll describe how I use it and maybe others will chime in as well.

When the dialog box comes up you'll be in an edit box. The way I use it is
that, if I'm searching for something on a given subject, I dictate the terms

that I think are in the subject field. So if I'm looking for messages about

Kismet, I'd bring up the dialog, Enter, Kismet, in the edit field that I
land in, and just press Enter. Once the results have populated, press F6 to

get to them. It's a darn good idea to maximize the window or you'll only
get bits and pieces of who the message is from etc.

If you move to other controls in this dialog using the, Next control,
command or by pressing tab, you'll come to the place where you can find
messages from specific people or to specific people. The, From, and, To,
buttons allow you to search for people in your address book. Or you can
just go to the next field after those buttons and type in the person you're
looking for.

The real trick is to remember that you need to either press F6 or say, Press

F6," to get to the results of your search.

Please let me know if this helps.

Sue
