It is safe to run.  Only if you have a very unreliable electricity supply
would it be a good idea to connect the Iyonix through an un-interuptable
power supply before re-programming your flash ROM.

From an earlier post from John Ballance you should create (if not already
there) a new folder (directory) in !Boot called RO510Hook before you
programme your ROM.

(John actually said it should be in !System but there are no Hook
directories there on my machine they are in !Boot).
