Most modern word processing programs can 'Save as...', 'Export...' or
'Print...' to PDF files.

A docx file is simply a container of files. It's a zip file and can be
opened by SparkFS. You can then dig around inside it, marvel at all the
crap in there and maybe find a file with some text in that is almost
human-readable.
