It's possible, but first I'd like to understand why this is happening. I suspect that the stick has two partitions, and the first may only be a small one. I also suspect that DOSFS etc. all deal with just one partition per device, so they would be blind to any subsequent partitions. Does anyone know of any existing tools that will list all the partitions on a drive? Otherwise I'll have to write one. *If* it's cause by multiple partitions, then reformatting wouldn't fix it unless it repartitioned the stick into one.
