You would/may have to make the Run file a Desktop file, otherwise Draw wouldn't run until DrawWorks was quit, but you presumably know all that as you've done it before the other way round. Or, you'll find the Draw Run file in Resources:$.Apps.!Draw, and you can use a utility such as ResSave to make a module which replaces this with your own version just like you did before.
