IIRC If a lot of applications are Booted or run on start up or just put in
one directory this error occurs!
Have you added one or more applictions to a directory or told boot to 'look
at' them recently?

Apart from the annoying error message, I guess some apps may not be
initilased fully, so you could get some other problems down the line.
