Are you connected to the network ?
Is your LAN cable plugged in.

Have you separated from the domain somehow ?
Have you tried using the ISA's machine IP instead of the NAME, this would 
indicate a DNS error.
Can you ping the ISA machine ?

Once you verify network connectivity, then we can help more.

  do you know why the firewall client appears a message "ISA Server my_server 
is inaccessible". is it involving that why i can't send/received mail from
