Are you connected to the network ? Is your LAN cable plugged in. Have you separated from the domain somehow ? Have you tried using the ISA's machine IP instead of the NAME, this would indicate a DNS error. Can you ping the ISA machine ? Once you verify network connectivity, then we can help more.
