Are you able to log into the ISA machine, either at the console, or by
terminal services ?
You ISA may not be running, or the machine may have restarted after an error
and ISA may not be running, or partially running.
Can you ping the ISA machine IP ?

If you can ping the box, then that means the machine at least is up.
Check the ISA machine either by terminal services or at the console.

Let us know what you find there !

That could certainly do it. Did you try right-clicking the Client tray
icon, going into "Configure" and clicking "Update Now"?

Can you ping your ISA server from your workstation? By name?
