It does, there is a trick you need to do.  You need to remove the usb 
controllers in your server profile before you start your installation.  The usb 
controllers settings will hang your keyboard.

        I have had no problems (other than operator error) with 4.0. I was 
unaware that 3.x even supported W2K3.
