You can use PortQry to do this.
I generally dislike "online" scanners, because they are subject to the
vagaries of whatever devices exist between you and them (and there are A LOT).

that introduced it.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/win2000adserv/Utility/1.0/NT5/EN-US/portqry.exe
is where to get it.
If you go to http://support.microsoft.com and search for "portqry", you'll
several articles that exaplain how this tool can be used.
