Java authentication: It is possible ? How to fix Java clients authentication problems ?

Hello,
We have about 450 simultaneous users leaving for the InterNet. But we
have only one problem: nobody of my net obtains autthenticate itself in sites
that use Java.
Please, somebody knows how we must proceed to fix this problem?
