I did both of them:
1) I exported the cert file with private key.
2) I imported this cert on ISA Server by using MMC (Local Computer).
You've written "most common reasons". Are there other reasons why I cannot
select certificates on BRIDING tab? If yes, what?
Related to your new book (ISA Server 2004) Thomas:
Isn't your book published yet? I offered this book on amazon.de 4 weeks
ago, but they haven't sent it until now..
