Have you written the packet filters?

I know this topic has been covered before but I have to ask as it know pertains to my setup and I no longer have the emails with the answer.
I have setup ISA with Exchange behind it. I can recieve mail remotely I eve got my OWA to work but when I try to send an email remotely it gets sent back, ISA won't allow this.
Anyone with a quick answe?
