IMHO, Open License agreements are always better for servers.

Utilitizing an OEM is only appropriate if you are buying from a 3rd party
that is going to be directly supporting/configuring the server such as an
appliance.

Hello All,

I know this is off the topic but still I will blurt out my question.
Currently, we do not have an Open License Agreement (OLA) with MS. We
always use OEM products. If we are to buy ISA server 2006, will it be
advisable to buy an OLA or an OEM?

Thanks for your help,
