  We also experienced this problem.  After uninstalling the patch, I went back 
through and reinstalled all ISA patches and hotfixes in order including 
MSO3-O39.  Everything is working fine for us now.

      That's interesting, I was just about to install it on mine.

      Try uninstalling the patch and see if the problem is resolved.

      I installed the patch located at the address below and rebooted my

      servers. Everything was working fine before the reboot and now the

      computers on the internal network can not get the Internet. The ISA

      server is the only one that can access the Internet. What happened?

      Please help, we have to be able to access the Internet!
