Outlook Web Access

Hi
I am trying to publish Outlook Web Access through ISA. The web access
end of things is working fine, ISA seems to be throwing a few curve
balls.
I configured ISA in accordance with
ISAServer.org - http://www.isaserver.org/pages/articles.asp?art=53
Microsoft.com -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q290113
Which should cover all the bases. When i try to connect externally i
recieve error 10016 - Connection refused.
Anyone with any ideas??
