thanks for the tip i was able to figure it out.  i forgot to enable the outlook 
service ony my isa. That solves the problem.  tess vergara

I'm from Olongapo City. I had that problem Tess, check Outlook
configuration. And there are articles on ISAServer.org for testing ISA for
SMTP. It might help you.
