It won't let you interact with it, but check out Ethereal
(www.ethereal.com). It's a great program, and helped me out tons of
times.

To diagnose my previous problem I was wondering if there was a tool out
there that allowed me to bind it to listen to a port (in this case 25)
and when a client connects, interact with it. This way I can see exactly
what PostFix is trying to send.
