Yep. It comes with every W2K CD; it's called <ta-daaa> Network Monitor Tools. You can find it in Add/Remove programs, Windows Components, Management and Monitoring Tools. It's the ubiquitous NetMon you've heard so much about; it captures all packets on a given interface and allows you to see exactly what's happening "on the wire".
