Sorry, I wasn't clear:
1. disable the proxy settings in the browser
2. close all browser sessions
3. in a cmd window, clear the DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns)
4. in that same window, clear the NB name cache (nbtstat -RR)
5. open your browser, connect to http://wpad.xxx.com/wspad.dat
Does it seem to take longer than it should to grab this data (should be
nearly instantaneous)?
