Hello Jim,

I have tried the method you suggested on the ISA server and clients. It still have the same problem. I found out later that, the server have
been install with DNS.So now this server has DNS services running for that particular domain. This is an internal DNS.So now I have DNS services running on my ISA servers as well.Do I have to publish the DNS settings
on the ISA server?

Thank you.

regards,
joey...

Sorry, I wasn't clear: 1. disable the proxy settings in the browser 2. close all browser sessions 3. in a cmd window, clear the DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns) 4. in that same window, clear the NB name cache (nbtstat -RR) 5. open your browser, connect to http://wpad.xxx.com/wspad.dat

Does it seem to take longer than it should to grab this data (should be
nearly instantaneous)?

I need to point to http://wpad.xxx.com/wspad.dat, in order to see the configuration files. I'm able to do so all the time.
