IP Addressing for DSL connect

I have DSL connection with router connected to ISA server external NIC. I
use ISA server IP address 192.168.1.2 on internal NIC as the gateway on
clients. do i need to take into account the ISP's DSL router IP when I
configure external NIC or do i use WAN Gateway IP? Very basic network
topology. Thanks
