Usually when i want to clear my cache i run the follow commands,
( By Jim Harrison :D )
net stop w3schdwn
net stop w3proxy
del E:\urlcache\dir1.cdat ( change to your .cdat)
net start w3proxy
net start w3schdwn

should i just delete that dir.cat file
and what about the OLD pages ... and if i try to
upload my site it doesnt respond due to that cache
