Help!!!

Hi all,
Weird things I have noticed lately. An employee with us use no-ip.com for
dynamic DNS on their home machine...thus their name is for example
myhome.no-ip.com. I have noticed that on our network the other day that
there seems to be an entry for my-home.no-ip.com registered to 10.0.0.X.
but I can't ping 10.0.0.X This hostname is slightly different as it
contains a - . I checked with the employee and he says he has not
installed anything on our network. I have check our DNS servers for this
entry but cannot find it.
What is happening here???
