It has nothing to do with site and content rules make sure the server is
a secure nat machine, make sure you have the three protocols in and the
server publish the server, also make sure you sp1 the machine

I have a FTP Server on my internal network and try to access it from
outside. I get the error message " FTP Folder Error: Windows cannot
access
this folder. Make sure you typed the filename correctly and that you

permission to access the folder.
Details: Operation timed Out"
I have set the Server publishing and also site and content rules so that
the FTP server can be accessed. Also tried it with web publishing.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
