Have you server-published the FTP server to the Internet?
Can you "telnet <thatserver> 21" and see a banner?

Hello All, Help required urgently
I have a FTP Server on my internal network and try to access it from
outside. I get the error message " FTP Folder Error: Windows cannot access
this folder. Make sure you typed the filename correctly and that you have
permission to access the folder.
Details: Operation timed Out"
I have set the Server publishing and also site and content rules so that
the FTP server can be accessed. Also tried it with web publishing.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
