Hi, Eliza.
To our knowledge, the machines are not accessible. this is perhaps an issue that could be raised with an advocacy organization.

I'm happy to be proven wrong on this issue.
Maria and I are able to find the Amtrak seating area where we ask for assistance to the track.

Happy rails to you... grin

Subject: [infoshare] taking the train

Hi list,
I've taken Amtrak trains from Penn Station a number of times before,
but I always have gotten an employee to help me find the ticket window
and get my ticket and to the train, etc. I'm headed out of state
again this weekend, and am wondering if anyone knows if the ticket
machines are accessible? I've got my reservation, so it would be cool
if I could use the machine to pick it up myself. How do you all
handle navigating Penn Station?
Thanks,
Eliza
